Cultivating Courageous Leaders to Advance Systemic Change

In addition to investing in our children’s education, the Conn Memorial Foundation is equally committed to cultivating the skills and capacity of Hillsborough County preschool, school and social service leaders who support their growth and development.

We focus on two areas of investment to cultivate great leaders:

• Funding and facilitating professional development through the Nonprofit Leadership Center, a nonprofit that works to develop and connect Tampa Bay area nonprofits to strengthen organizations and our communities by providing classes, certificate programs, conferences, custom training and small-group leadership circles
• The Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management at the University of Tampa, designed to help nonprofit leaders strengthen their skills and capacity to lead in our ever-changing sector and society
