The Conn Memorial Foundation supports nonprofit educational and social service programs that serve children and youth in Hillsborough County. The Foundation does not support Individuals, Political Campaigns / Lobbying, or Health/Medical-related organizations.
The Conn Memorial Foundation defines “at-risk” as children and families that are economically and environmentally disadvantaged. The majority of our funded population is at risk.
In Hillsborough County, many organizations use the criteria of free and reduced lunch at school to segment their population economically. The Foundation has chosen to use these criteria as well in an effort to simplify segmentation of our target population.
